Lower testosterone in males

I started using Boron for a few days, and I was taking about 10mgs a day and after a few days I started getting hot flashes? I am very active and pretty sure my testosterone is very high, as I grow muscle very fast and have a very deep voice, wide jaw bone and very high sex drive, but as soon as i started supplementing with boron I started to see different effects than expected which were very confusing, as I looked these effects up online it stated that these were effects were due to drastic changes in testosterone levels, like andropause in men where testosterone drops significantly. Any thoughts? I stopped taking the supplement and it wasnt a capsule but it was liquid boron. Also might I add i am only 20

I was suffering from PCOD for last 7 years with irregular periods in the start and followed by no periods at all for a year. i Had put on a lot of weight, i have facial hair and thin hair on the scalp. But for the last seven months, my periods have got regular without any medication. I had stopped all my medications more than a year ago. But the problem is ever since my periods have got normal, i have acne breakouts on my face and its weird cause in the whole of my life time up till now i have never seen a spot on my face and the excess body hair on the face and stomach still remains. Kindly help me with something to treat the acne and excessive hair along with keeping in mind that i don’t want to disturb the periods which are now normal.

[6] It also has a history of being used in women for hyperprolactinemia. Testosterone (total testosterone) and estradiol (E 2 ) were determined by radioimmunoassay (Coat-a-Count; DPC, Los Angeles, CA, USA, and Pantex, Santa Monica, CA, USA). Inhibin-B was determined by a double antibody enzyme-immunometric assay. The intra- and interassay coefficients of variation (CV) for measurement of FSH, LH, and SHBG were < 6%, and CVs for total testosterone were < 10%. Intra- and interassay CVs were 8% and 13% for estradiol and 15% and 18% for inhibin-B, respectively. Samples were analyzed for inhibin-B using kit material from Oxford Bio-Innovation Ltd. (Bicester, UK) in 2008, or kit material from Beckman Coulter Inc. (Webster, TX, USA) in 2010. Between 2008 and 2010, slight adjustments were made to the inhibin-B analysis, resulting in a lower LOD (7 pg/mL) in 2010 than in 2008 (20 pg/mL).
